My daughter, who is a student at clemson, was having some front end noise in her Jeep Grand Cherokee. After inspection, Jiffy Lube told her her care was not roadworthy and needed the following; front CV axle, front Drive Shaft, and front differential, which totaled a whopping $6,762.27 which included tax. Jiffy lube also stated that, 'This problem is common with Jeeps, and all the items are on backorder and will take several weeks to fix.'
After having the vehicle towed to a reputable mechanic close-by, they concluded the only issue was the Front drive shaft, which would be less than $500 total, and only took 3 days.
We've had her vehicle back for over a week and have had zero issues with it since an honest mechanic fixed it.
DO NOT SEND YOUR STUDENTS HERE OR THEY WILL RIP THEM OFF BIG TIME.

I have always believed that anything to do with cars should be taken care of by a man. Yes I'm old. But my husband died 2 years ago so I had to start doing all the car stuff myself and I'm not comfortable at all. But, I went to Jiffy Lube this week and it was a great experience. Everyone was so kind and the facilities were we're nice, and and now I don't have to dread having my car oil changed anymore.

Another awesome job! This location is the best. Nicest technicians, always honest and clear, and they do great work FAST. This is the only place I go for oil changes, alignments, and tired.

Staff is always friendly, professional and check my fluids and tire pressure without asking. It's difficult for me to check my oil level, and having an older vehicle, it's important to do so. I stop in between oil changes, and the staff is a more than happy to do so
