“I had trouble setting up my new phone because of dorm wifi. Cierra helped me fix my computer, my screen protector, and set up my new phone. She was very patient although she was busy. Thank you Cierra!”
“Was having problems and had to go into the store to get help. Was greeted by Gina, an employee of AT&T and I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me. Her and her manager did everything that they could to help me out. Unfortunately the people from corporate messed up some things on my plan causing me to have to come in another day. Once I returned Gina was there again and thankfully everything worked out great and she helped us save some money and get new phones in the process!”

“Crystal & I have been Verizon customers & been going to the Clemson location for many years. This morning I stopped by on the way to work. Had the pleasure of meeting Jesse and can say, very helpful, knowledgeable, professional & personable guy. Couldn’t be more pleased with the his help & visit. Wanted to give a big shoutout to him and if more than 5 stars was available, he would get them. Thanks so much Jesse. Great job and well done sir!”
