Great bank. The tellers are always so kind and I've never had an issue with the bank to this day. There is no one better to trust with your money in town! (Special shout out to the young lady who helped me and my grandma in the drivethrough the other day!)

I’ve been banking here for a while now and it’s been the best banking experience I’ve ever had!! I’ve been with a few different banks throughout the years but this branch is the best one I’ve seen in a long time. The girls there; Crystal, Kelly and Kelsie are so wonderful and helpful every time I go in. They remember my name, and you really feel that care. I always get anxious about bringing in rolled coins to deposit since it seems like a hassle for them but you would never know! They are all so helpful, I couldn’t recommend it enough!

I have to say that I am impressed with this southstate bank ! The girls, Robin, Brooke and Kelsie have worked so hard for me . Going through a scam, they've kept me updated and when I have called ,you can tell that they are communicating with each other. Thank you so much !

ATM doesn't let you deposit anything so you have to go when there open or drive 30 minutes away. Biggest inconvenience ever, switching banks soon

Went to deposit my own money into my landlords account to pay my rent. This location in Clemson wanted 2 forms of ID. So I gave them my Drivers License, 2 credit cards, my debit card, and a medical insurance card. The lady told me she couldn't accept any of the forms of ID and would not let me deposit my rent. For the last 2 years I have had no issues depositing money into my landlords account at the Easley and Powdersville locations. Now I have to hope to leave work early and get to pay my rent on time before the New Year weekend. Thanks for throwing a wrench into my day, you wonder why the last 2 years I have avoided getting a account with you.

They wouldn't allow me to cash a third party check even though I'm an account holder. I understand policy and risk but during the national emergency, people need their money. I know they cash these checks and felt as if my age and circumstance determind the choices they made. I will be cancelling my account and urge others to do the same.
