The best UPS store! We drive 10 miles and pass other stores just to have the great, friendly and efficient service we get from Caitlin and team! They all make you feel welcome and that it’s truly their pleasure to help you. And they really seem to enjoy working there!! Sorry to say this is rare these days!! Thank you for being there!!

I'll say this professionally as I can. Whoever owns this establishment (assuming franchise) has decided to price gouge customers for forgetting labels.
I want to clarify no employees did anything wrong and they were all kind inattentive.
$3 to print one black and white label. Any UPS that tells you they need the print is a liar because I have had UPS in multiple States just scan the label off my phone and print the sticky one (that they literally print anyway even with the paper label).
I sell on Mercari so I usually can just scan off a QR code, But it is ridiculous for this this branch to gouge customers for $3 because they forgot a label knowing well they can scan it off the phone and print it.
$1? Ok. Staples charges 0.25 to print a black and white label.

I was surprised at how quickly my package arrived and that it was well protected and arrived intact. Workers were kind, engaging, helpful to allow me to understand my shipping options and took their time in preparing my package.

They lost our closing documents we paid to have them overnight. We had to notarize a new set and they wanted to charge us after losing the first set. I asked to speak to the owner and they went in the back room to call him. Said he wouldn’t speak to me.
