This post office is a great place to get passport photos or anything else you need done as they are very efficient.

We went here because we had some important time sensitive mail to send and the Georgia mail system has been… iffy.
Ms. Staggers was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and made sure our concerns were appropriately relieved. Thank you!

Went in without an appointment for my passport, and Miss Lynn took the time to walk me through the process, help me love my picture, and gain confidence that I was going to get my passport on time, all within about 10 minutes. I’ve never had a better experience than here with Lynn. I hope she has a blessed week

USPS in Clemson messed up my mail because my brother was moving out from my place. He did an official change of address to have his mail forwarded. Unfortunately USPS improperly forwarded my mail to his new address. Even though I did not put a change of address in with my name on it. They recklessly assumed that I was also moving to a different address as well. Even though I didn't submit any official change of request or anything at all. USPS erratically and purposely changed a the name on a package I was supposed to receive from my name and address to his name and address for no reason at all. This was after I put in a complaint that I was not receiving my mail for a week and a half. They said that they would correct this and have the package sent to my regular address. But they still delivered it to my brother's place. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and accuracy of USPS. I have to rely on them to receive my mail and they are not doing a good job with keeping the mail from going to the wrong places. A lack of detail caused this.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Women behind the counter are extremely rude and did not help me. I’ve been there three times this week. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Have been going to this post office for a few years now and it’s consistently great staff. They always know what they’re doing and are helpful. They also are friendly and patient with their customers. I have been to post offices in other seasons of my life when I lived in other cities, but this Clemson one is by far the best run PO that I have had experience with.
