We switched our account over to Verizon and David at the Clemson store was amazing throughout the entire process. He worked to find us the best deal for our entire family and then went above and beyond to get all 5 of our phones switched over, activated, and operational. He even FaceTime’d us at home to complete some of the activations because a few of our devices that we were trading in were not operating properly. David was the absolute best sales rep and gave us the best sales experience we have ever had. I highly recommend to anyone going to Verizon and working with David.

Jesse helped me with my phone upgrade. He went above and beyond to make sure we located the exact phone I was looking for and he helped with the plan changes that would maximize the benefits my plan offered for me! Fantastic experience!

I will never do business with Verizon again after what they've done every time I go to talk to them they do one thing I'm sorry but we can't help you I'm sorry but we can't help you then what kind of company are you good for That's a good for nothing company and yes I'm actually just being nice about it I could go on and on about it for hours

I met Jesse at this Verizon store after having an unexpectedly canceled online order and a problem porting my phone number from another carrier. Jesse was really helpful and patient, even as I had to call my carrier. He found helpful solutions to this issue and found solutions to another issue after I had left the store. I 100% recommend this store. Thank you!

We met David at the Clemson location, as we needed to order new phones for our family. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient as we were getting them set up and everything transferred over to the new devices. He made sure everything went smoothly for us, which is greatly appreciated!

We have been Verizon customers for over 20 years and by far, Josh (Clemson Store) is one of the best customer service representatives we have ever met. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He doesn’t try to over sell the customer and goes out of his way to help. Highly recommend Josh!

Best customer service at this store! When customer service over the phone accidentally changed my phone number, Nick went above and beyond staying after closing hours just to make sure my problem was resolved and my phone number was reverted back to the original. Thank you so much Nick again for your great customer service and help!

Chris Vance is an outstanding sales representative who goes above and beyond for his customers. To save my parents the inconvenience, he personally came to their home to deliver and set up their new phones. For years, my parents were hesitant about upgrading, but when the time came, Chris made the transition effortless. His professionalism, patience, and exceptional customer service left a lasting impression and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless one.

My fiancé and I were helped by Chris Vance. Chris went above and beyond with the customer service experience. Chris was able to get my fiancé into a brand new phone for cheaper than she was paying before. Chris also took the initiative to ask who my cell phone carrier was. When I told Chris I was with AT&T he asked about my bill and then informed me that he could cut it in half. Chris did not only cut the bill in half, but he also got me into a brand new phone for half the price I was paying before. Chris is one of the best customer service / sales people I have ever interacted with. Verizon should be extremely happy to have such an awesome employee who genuinely cares about his customer !

Chris was so very helpful in getting me set up with a new iPhone 16 Pro. He was very knowledgeable about all topics that we discussed and made the experience an 11/10! Highly recommend working with Chris for any Verizon needs!! My fiancé was convinced to switch to Verizon after our meeting with Chris, and he helped that transition go smoothly as well!

We met Chris at the Clemson Verizon store and knew instantly that he would be able to solve all our phone issues and then some. My sister-in-law was visiting from out of town and she vowed never to return to any other Verizon store. Chris found inventive and money saving ways for me to upgrade rather than fix a broken screen. Best of all was Chris’ kind, patient and soft spoken demeanor and his ability to make me feel confident with his A+++ technological and emotional intelligence. When explaining certain features Chris interpreted my look of bewilderment and told me that I could call him anytime if I forgot how to access something. Chris was simply a stand out. Verizon is very lucky to have found him!
