This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The lady named April T has the worst attitude and shouldn't be dealing with the public. She's a disgrace to customer service and I feel bad for anyone who relies on these people for their medication. Looks like there is some fraternization going on with her and the supervisor, because when she yelled at me in the store for calling her ridiculous, the supervisor then stood up for her saying he would stand behind his employees. Mind you, he's an older bald man working with younger women I assume he wants to keep impressed. The way I was dealt with and made to wait on the phone and hung up on by this lady and then by her supervisor isn't right! They should all be evaluated and disciplined for their treatment of customers. I'll be reporting up the chain today and I hope to see these people out of this industry. Absolutely absurd. Can't even use their own systems effectively.

I asked one of the pharmacists to send a prescription over to CVS because it was $160 cheaper. The lady rolled her eyes at me and stormed away. Next day, I go to CVS, she didn’t even send it over. It had to be purposefully. Had to wait over two hours to get my prescription and it was a huge hassle. Safe to say I’m never going back here.

Walgreens pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Everyone in that pharmacy is ALWAYS in a bad mood. It doesn't make you feel welcome or like you want to keep coming there. I've never spoken too or been there once and felt like I wasn't bothering them. And the pharmacist Eleanor literally needs to find a new job that doesn't involve customer service. She's rude, quick to anger, and just overall someone I never want to interact with again. I work in customer service as a restaurant Server. There's things you do and don't say to people no matter the situation. Get some training or find a new job babe.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I just went into this store to try to purchase a bottle of wine and got denied. I am 21 years old and the lady who checked me out refused to sell me the wine, even after showing her my ID. This should not be acceptable! She proceeded to be extremely rude to me and I felt completely disrespected. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE. The CVS up the street is much better while a much nicer staff.

I love this pharmacy! I use them monthly for my dogs prescription. Every time I go in, the pharmacy techs check to see what coupons/discounts are available. By now they’ve probably saved me $500 by taking the extra time to help me. My prescriptions are always ready quickly and the drive-they has made it so convenient.
