“Missy went above and beyond to help me find a package that was stuck in Columbia. She called me several times along the way to update me on the progress and let me know when it got to the Marietta branch. Everyone at this location has always been very helpful.”

“Folks at the front counter have always been great, but I maneuvered through parade traffic to get there before they close on a Saturday morning….
And when did they decide to close a half hour earlier? 9-11AM? Really?”
“My husband and I took our toddler to this USPS office to turn in our daughter's passport application. We had made an appointment online. The clerk called us the day before to confirm the time and make sure we had the various paperwork. When we arrived, the clerk was ready for us. There was no line and we were the only people there. The clerk went through our application and found everything was in order. She was very pleasant, personable, and had a sense of humor. When we finished, she even recommended a waterfall to stop by a few miles down the road. We stopped there and had a nice, short hike, thanks to her suggestion.
This is a hidden gem USPS office with no to little wait and helpful staff.”
