This USPS location is the best ever, thanks to Ms Stacey Anderson. She is definitely the most friendly, patient and helpful person who works with USPS that I ever met.If you ever need a passport for you or your little ones, she is the person to go to. And most amazing she can make the photos as well. She will keep the whole family in good spirits and make sure that everything is filled up and attached correctly.

We have always had problems with this location but today topped everything. I went in to ship an item to a business cash on delivery. The lady proceeded to argue with me for 20mins that I was unable to charge the company the price approximate to the cost of shipping. Despite the fact that I was willing to cover the initial cost and that the company had agreed to this arrangement, this lady kept insisting that I was not allowed to do this. As I previously stated this Cleveland department has been messing up the mail for years but this the latest and most annoying obstacle they have thrown in the public's way. In fact for the last few years we have gone to the Travelers Rest PO in order to send anything including regular mail. They are a much more reliable facility.
