“Very nice place to live. Some people have issues cleaning outside their homes but that is an issue with the people, not the place. An ice cream truck comes often, but it is very hit and miss on timing and veriety if it even comes at all. Very quiet, though everyone's car alarms go of A LOT! All in all though, very nice place.*DISCLAIMER:* THIS IS BOYD OPERATED!!”
“My 90 year old mother lives there. Her one bedroom is the perfect size for a senior living alone and there is plenty of storage space. Hers has been remodeled and a new heating and air system installed. She feels safe, and the people living in apartments around her are happy and friendly and keep check on each other.Each apartment has emergency buttons in each room. She has twice accidentally pressed hers, and someone arrived timely to be sure she was okay. Once a month they have an activity that provides time for residents to get to meet and know each other. I have no qualms with her living here.”
