It was freezing cold and it was around 8pm
He gave her the tools nesassary to fix
He offered to help even though I was there
He checked on us twice to make sure we were ok
When we were done he even invited us to come inside to warm up . Employees like this are hard to come by .
These are the employees that make your company a success.
These are the employees that deserve a RAISE
( and not 3%) I mean a real RAISE .
