“I was looking for a new bank after having horrible service multiple times at Arthur State Bank. I didn’t think to check their ratings because I thought “well if a bank takes your hard earned money surely they’ll give you decent service!” Absolutely not. I opened a new account online and picked up my debit card in the branch and it was a great experience. Audrey was really kind! These people actually care about your money. Unlike the other place with their smug attitude and horrible service.”

“I could not find the phone number so went to google, while getting the number I noticed that this bank has a low rating and i do not believe that is far to the staff. Alot of the bad reviews was from years ago and they no longer have the same staff. I absolutely love everyone in this bank, I know everyone bay name and they know me by name. Every need that I have had, has always been resolved with the most grateful customer service. Everyone is fast to write a bad review; we need to show appreciation as well. I look forward to many great years with this bank!!”
