Nichols Automotive Services is a well run business with a very friendly crew and kind staff. The shop is immaculate. They are very good in every way, providing fantastic customer service and top notch work. They are honest, helpful, and will not take advantage of customers or charge for something not needed. They are informative, answer questions, and finish repairs in a reasonable amount of time. Scheduling is easy and service is quick. Highly recommended for automotive services like oil changes and tire repair.
I arrived on a Friday afternoon on a 95F. day having just driven for hours with no ac. They took the time to work me in and make the repair. Customer Service does not get better than that!!
