Richards Service Center is a family-owned business in Laurens County. The service is prompt, with technicians often arriving the next day. Repairs are quick and professional. Jeff and Cody are personable, polite, knowledgeable, and competent. They fix all major appliance brands, including Kitchen Aid. For one customer, a technician saved an entire stove from replacement with a quick fix. Another washer repair was done quickly, and a refund for overpayment was a nice surprise. A mother’s Kitchen Aid oven had a bottom element replaced, with Jeff responding and completing the repair within the promised time. Rates are very reasonable. The team is friendly and courteous. Customers highly recommend Richards Service Center to anyone.
