Just left the Clinton post office. One of the most Rudus person at the counter helping people. It's sad to see people act this way. Just because you don't like your job. Don't take it out on customers

I have to move my mailbox which has been in the same place forever. They said it was for carrier safety. My drive has a half circle at the end of it that the can drive through. Not sure how that isn't safe for them. Now I have to walk across a busy street to get my mail. How is that safe for me.
Never heard of a post office opening at 10 and closing at 4:30 during the week and only open from 9 to 10 on Saturday

I literally have our address numbers on the mailbox and our packages are constantly delivered to the next door neighbors. And they do not always give our packages back. We lose so much money because who ever is delivering our mail doesn’t pay attention to the addresses. And this is getting incredibly frustrating. Someone needs to be held accountable. We call and we’re always told it’s being investigated and after numerous times of calling them back we still get no answers and no help with the matter. I have never in my life had more trouble with getting mail delivered, than with this post office.

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. I work for the USPS myself and this has got to be the most ill run post office. Customer service is definitely NOT the priority here!

I went to this post office with a friend shortly after Christmas and was amazed at the service. We had about ten big boxes shipping across the country, and the lady was so patient and wonderful. They let us use their hand trucks, making the process easier. When the gentleman wasn’t busy with the other customers, he helped with our packages. Great teamwork.

This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. I ship all over the country every day. This post office goes above and beyond to give people a hard time and cause a hassle.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST POST OFFICE IN THE COUNTRY! Areme (not sure of spelling), the plus size white guy is so unbelievably lazy and unhelpful. Today 3 people stood there and looked at me and did absolutely nothing to help me. This is the second time in a row this has happened. One black gentleman with dreadlocks proceeded to put his USPS shirt on right there in front of me and not once offered to help me. LAZY!!! The entire place has gone to the ghetto!!!

I just witnessed grace under fire. Apparently there is a shortage of postal workers in the office today. One of the workers (a Caucasian lady) was SUPER rude to another worker (an African-American lady). That's not mature or in the manner of teamwork. She was upset because she hadn't had a break. As a resident and customer of this town's service, it was something totally uncalled for in the presence of people she was servicing. If she was that hungry, she should have eaten because no one deserves her nasty attitude.

Where is my mail? I've been waiting on lost mail for a month now. Spoke with ablonde lady at this office and she told me there was nothing she could do and I just have to Wait.... Spoke to another black lady and she took my info and said the manager would contact me... Ended up filing a case for missing Mail. They turned around and spammed me with surveys about my resolved issue three days later!!! Holy..Cow..... I am BEYOND P'd Off!!!! Haven't received Anything in My name besides the regular junk mail! Not even my Utility Bill!! I get informed delivery and in the past it's been very accurate as to when I can expect my mail... But since, (and ON THE DAY) I got a notice that I'll be receiving my stimulus check.....NOTHING!!! Strictly junk mail and return to senders ONLY! No packages, none of my magazines I'm subscribed to... Nothing!!!.... Somebody needs to do something about this!!!

I met the mail lady at my mailbox this morning due to not having a key. I asked her did she have anything for my address and she ignored me and got inside her mail truck and just pulled off. I only wanted to know if my debit card had arrived but at this point the level of disrespect in this little town is unbelievable.
