I get there at 7pm. No lights on outside. Walk in 2 young guys working. I say couldn't tell if you were open no lights on outside one said yeah. The other walked away down an isle...Like the were fully aware of it. I asked where jumpers were...the guy pointed and walked away, I grabbed it turned around no one is around. I hollar across store for help...I'm the only customer...no sound just me and my kid. I self pay and leave. Shocked of the whole experience. Guess ill go back to shopping at O'Reilly...I mean O'Reilly might not have good advice but at least they still have customer service.

Not open at 9 when they say they open up. 2 cars here, front lights off doors locked at 9:10 sat for 5 min and left.

I go to this AutoZone they give me the wrong part I try getting a refund from the card I purchased from refund does not go through I try getting store credit or cash they can’t do nothing now they have my refunded part and I lose 60 dollars DO NOT COME TO THIS AUTOZONE AT ALL SAVE YOU YOURSELF AND THE MONEY

I bought two batteries approximately last year and they both went bad at the same time which was an inconvenience for a short period of time. I brought them into the AutoZone here and immediately got a warranty swap in right away. The manager of the storm South came out and wanted to swap them out.This is a big reason why I do business with a AutoZone is the effortless returns or problems are immediately taken care of. Good job AutoZone!??

I needed to “pull a code” for a “check engine light” on my volvo. Dennis was helpful and informative. It was raining and cold, but he still went out to my car and found the problem, then I watched him put windshield wipers on the car beside me. Great customer service!

I drive out of my way to go to this particular AutoZone location. The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Kylan always helps me find the right products and parts for both my Jeep and Honda, and he always makes great recommendations with such enthusiasm. I love to see people who are passionate about what they do. Customer service goes a long way with me, and Kylan is always a joy to work with. Totally worth the drive.

We always buy auto parts here. Our battery died after 5 years and 7 months. We had a $5 credit toward our new battery! Couldn't be happier l.
