“My truck started leaking antifreeze from a cracked plug. O'Reilly's help me find it on the Shelf in a variety pack that was open and missing some of the larger sizes that I did not need. As such they offered me a discount to take the open package which I was happy to receive. Then they were able to offer me some hand tools so that I could do the repair in the parking lot and stop losing antifreeze. Even let me a funnel to pour in additional antifreeze. I consider this service above and beyond. Thank you O'Reilly's”
