No customer service. I put a deposit in and was told it would be in my account the next day. They put a 10 day hold on a certified check! I have called and gone by and no help. Do not use this branch of Truist.

I been with this bank since 1970. I used to love dealing with this bank even through previous changes. However, no their service is worst than it ever has been since they merged with SunTrust. After several trips to the Lake Wylie branch and almost three weeks my issue has not been resolve. I am slowly transitioning from Truist.

This is the most unprofessional bank you could do business with! They froze my account for a mistake they admitted to then canceled my account. They are completely unsympathetic and act like they couldn't care less

If I could give negative stars I would! Went to deposit a very large check for them to put a hold on it and said it would be 3-5 business days. Later read the receipt to see that it would be 7 business days and the reason it states is that my account had been negative several times in the last 6 months. Ummm the account is barely 2 months old and the only time it went negative was from them taking out a maintenance fee. The check is from my lawyer of all people. Call main bank line. They said it was up to the branch. Call the branch and asked if they could release the hold early or at least release part of the funds and he said he was not willing to do that because the account was new. Wouldn’t even sympathize that someone had bills to pay since I haven’t been working and that is why I got the check in the first place because I was physically disabled from an accident. He just said he was not willing to do anything about it and I would hafto wait the full 7 business days for the funds to be released. Very unprofessional and rude I will be transferring my funds to a different bank once it does clear and will make sure no one I know ever uses this bank! You would think with a check from a lawyer that is over $100,000 they could release something to me but no. Was gonna have my husband open up a business account here if this experience was good but he sure is not now!

I see a lot of negative reviews about this branch, but as a business customer I've never had any issues with them whatsoever. Everyone has always been super helpful, professional and efficient while still giving me that small bank feeling.

Very bad service, I am done with this bank . I have my business accounts and personal account with them , they are losing my business. If there was option to chose 0 star I was going to do that. Very slow staff, people have to wait drive through longer than hour and they never open lobby after Covid . It’s too much actually.

they don't protect you from fraud, they charge overdraft fees on money you never withdraw, they hold your deposits gor as long as they feel likethey lie to your face. they don't answer the phone. never been more disappointed in any bank like this before.

New woman at the window told me she couldn’t do my withdrawal because she was new like what does that have to do with anything then had a attitude I recommend everyone to go to another branch this branch is rude and nasty
