My vehicle had a dent from an accident. They fixed the dent. It looked like the dent was never there. The lady that helped me and the front desk lady both were very helpful and friendly. Their customer service is excellent

I listen to my insurance company, and I took my car to caliber. There after my insurance did their estimate they decided to total loss my car. There I decided to buy my car back. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed I had extra damage. The manager admitted to them throwing parts around and they did not put all the parts back on. They just threw it in the trunk. I to ask for the manager he admitted to the extra damage being their fault. Never followed up about it. Highly disappointed.

Caliber Collision is the absolute best on every level. 1st of all custom is #1 hands down!! Everyone is pleasant and helpful. I had the pleasure to meet staff from two locations and everyone was as nice as the person before them that I encountered. The Uptown location was my initial experience, the technician there was headed on vacation so it was suggested to move my car to another location, which turned out to be closer to home. Luke at the Lake Wylie location was A-1 with communicating every step c helping me with any questions that I may have had. The experience has been an all around 10/10!! Did I mention my car looked better than when I bought it 5 years ago??!! They even took care of things I hadn’t even considered. It was an awesome customer experience for me. They outshine Disney and Chick Fil -la in the customer service. Shout out to Faith Ann who took care of the business seamlessly. Everyone was a joy to work with. I will always recommend Caliber Collision!!!

After having damage to our vehicle and looking for a shop to repair, we found Caliber Collision in Lake Wylie. We had an outstanding experience from start to finish both Faith and Luke provided us with friendly and professional help to get our vehicle repaired. They kept us informed from start to finish. I would recommend the shop to anyone that is looking to have their vehicle repaired.

From the first day to the last I felt like family the way I was treated. My service guy, Luke met me outside at my vehicle, then explained and marks the area where the repairs would take place. Provided an estimated date of 7/23/25 instead I received my vehicle several days earlier with no issues. I was picked up by Enterprise rental and taken to my rental vehicle. To me this is first class service. If ever in need reach out to Caliber Collision of Lake Wylie.

Hey, I just wanted to give a shoutout to Caliber Collision in Lake Wylie, South Carolina.
I recently moved here from the Charleston area, where I had some fender work done. Unfortunately, the previous repair was done poorly. I stopped by the Lake Wylie location hoping it might be covered under the original warranty or insurance, and that they could help fix the issue.
The team there was incredibly kind and professional. They were quick to assess the situation, scheduled me right away, and took care of everything efficiently. I truly appreciate their excellent service and support!

I just moved to the area and randomly called Caliber Collision in Clover, SC after a quick Google search (they’re only 5 minutes from my new place!). I was dealing with this weird issue where my trunk was out of alignment, wouldn’t close properly, and every time it rained—bam—water got in. Now my car smells like a mildewy swamp. Not ideal when it’s hot out and you're trying to make a fresh start in a new state!
Faith-Ann answered the phone and graciously listened to my slightly dramatic sob story. She didn’t rush me, didn’t treat it like a silly inconvenience. Instead, she offered sincere empathy and told me to swing by anytime—no appointment needed. Already I was impressed.
When I arrived, Faith-Ann was just as kind in person. We hit it off right away—like talking to a neighbor you’ve known for years. She called Luke to come take a look at my car, and let me tell you: the kindness didn’t stop there. Luke was just as warm, helpful, and down-to-earth. It was clear this wasn’t a fluke—it’s the culture at this location.
Luke worked his magic, realigned my trunk, and just like that—problem solved. No more rainwater stench, no more slamming the trunk 18 times hoping it’ll finally latch. I can’t tell you what a relief that was.
What touched me most was how they treated my little issue like it mattered. They didn’t brush me off because it wasn’t a major repair. They showed genuine care, and in that moment, as someone new to the area, it made me feel at home.
Luke and Faith-Ann, thank you both. Your kindness has shown me what Southern hospitality is all about, being that I’m from up North. I’ll absolutely be back (hopefully not too soon), and I’ll be sending everyone your way—because if this is how you treat the “small jobs,” I can only imagine the gold-standard service you give on the big ones.
