A nice place for families. The yards are maintained and the streets monitored by a neighborhood watch and the York County Sheriff's dept. Mostly older residents who have been there for years. Buy your home and rent his lot. Very hard to find anything as nice and as close to Charlotte as this 5 road neighborhood.

I'm the lady that picks up the trash on Bethel School Road used to didn't mind saying I live near a trailer park it was kept up so neat and nice grass cut what Chuck I hope you can get it back to that standard thanks and I hope you're feeling better I was told you were going to have to have surgery
