The old lady Penny, she is the most rudest person on earth she yelled at my daughter for getting an iced coffee saying the machine didn't work but clearly it had coffee in it and something of coffee nature was coming out then preceeded to snatch the cup frommy daughters hand and dumped the contents in the trash and said they were taking that machine out and not to use it. we definitely will NEVER be back

What kind of gas station closes before 8:00? Sitting in the parking lot now at 7:53 and this old lady is mopping shaking her head at me as I reach for the door handle.

I will never return to this store. The cashier was so rude to me for absolutely no reason. She cussed and screamed because I didn’t place my pack of gum on the right place on the counter. So she wouldn’t sell it to me at all. She snatched it up and said she would not help me. I’m shocked she is allowed to be on the front counter with such behavior. Obviously it is a recurring problem with the reviews I have read — it’s definitely the same lady. Owner should be embarrassed of this type of customer service.

The cashiers are friendly. But I paid for the sip and save but can't use it due to never having ice at the soda machines. Probably not going to sign up again until this gets straightened out.

Bugs- multiple on muffins and donuts, gnats by the drink fountain and several dead bugs in the bottom of the milk cooler. Those were just the areas I walked in.

Penny (the old woman the other reviews mention) is probably the rudest cashier I’ve ever met. I’ve had issues with her several times involving active Sip & Save memberships. Four times, I’ve put in my number and she has (very rudely) told me it’s time to pay again. Two times I just went on a paid because I didn’t have time to deal with her. Most recently (April 27th), I told her I had the receipt in my car and it was dated April 6th. I asked if I could try my number again, which she ignored. She told me that was past my 30 days, to which I responded that I didn’t think it was. She argued me again that it had been 30 days and I said that unless the calendar spontaneously changed, it had been 21. Magically, Penny clicked a few buttons and it suddenly said my membership had been active the whole time. With a major attitude, she said that I had just put my number in wrong. I hadn’t put my number in again, so whatever number I had used to begin with was correct. I’ve never had this issue with any other employee and I have definitely never spoken with one as rude as her. I’ll be heading to other places from now on, thanks Penny.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Nothing but attitude in this store. The older women who work there clearly need a lesson on how to properly speak to customers. I’ll drive 5 minutes further up the road and give them my business from here on out.

Come here all the time. Best gas station in Clover. Staff is always kind and friendly. I was a couple cents short the other day and they let me slide.

Everytime we go into this location we are welcomed with nothing but attitude. We will gladly take all business somewhere else where it is appropriated and welcomed. There's an older lady and an older gentleman that are the worst. I would rather drive to NC and pay higher prices then to deal with the employees in this store!

I am new in this neighborhood and I go to Circle K for drinks and snacks on my way to work. Every time I go into your store and this older woman around 65 is there I get a very nasty attitude from her. Now I’m African American, and I’m starting to wonder if that’s the reason for her ignorance. I can always go to another store but I happen to like the store in general. I’ve read your reviews and it seems like I’m not the only one who’s had a problem with her, so why is she still there with that same nasty attitude?

I read all the other reviews and it seems like everyone is having the same problem with the same lady. Mid 50s. I went in there about 4-5 months ago and the first word out of her mouth was “ID”. I had an out of state license and she told me the same as the others on here that they don’t accept them. So I argued with her for a bit and she eventually sold me my tabacco. I went in there today and the same lady still works there and still just as rude as ever before. This time I had a temp paper license because mine expired and I’m waiting on plastic license card to come in the mail. And apparently they don’t accept those. I don’t know the law on that one so I just let it be and left the store. I think someone in management at that store should have a conversation with her. Probably be a good store if they had better employees.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My family and I went into the store to get gas. I got $40 on pump 6 and my daughter had 1.05 and she wanted to buy a freeze. I've been here numerous times so I politely asked the cashier named Penny if she could let my daughter slide 3 cents because the freezes were 1.08. She rudely said "No, I need all my money" After I pumped gas I went back inside where Brittney ( a different cashier ) was just as rude as Penny because I wanted to know the managers name . I will NEVER go there again except to talk to the manager named Paula to tell her about her rude cashiers! I mean really .03 for a kid. I would never do that to any child.
