This location of CVS was so helpful and acknowledgable about products in the store, took time out to help a new person visiting their store, I will be definitely be going back and recommending others to visit as well.

This CVS came in clutch for my son when he needed them most. He had a broken jaw for which a prescription had been called in at around 2am. They recognized the severity, I showed up before they opened the gates, and they were already scrambling to fulfill the script. After his surgery, they rushed to do the same so that I could get his script before they closed. I am grateful to have a diligent pharmacy in my area

Always clean. Nice parking lot. People are always extremely nice. I get my prescriptions here as well as buying make up and other things inside. I love the coupons they give me on my receipt and card. I usually save a lot.

I showed up at CVS #7036 in Clover on April 14 at 7:30 PM after getting a call that COVID‑19 vaccines were available for my parents. The pharmacist flat‑out ignored me for over five minutes, then shrugged that there were “no vaccines” and went back to other tasks—wasting my time and showing zero respect.

I’ve visited CVS in Clover, SC twice this month, both times at the self checkout, an older blonde lady, came over & stood back behind my left shoulder & hawk-eyed me scanning my items & paying for them!!! CVS is the one who installed this machine & they are going to treat me like a thief?? I was in my work uniform, it has my place of employment, name & Manager, on my name tag! If I was going to steal, do you think I would have my uniform on stating where I work, my name & position??!!!!!! Last time I returned my items!! 3 strikes & I’ll never go back, so we’ll see how the next visit goes…. I’ll be taking my business to Walgreens or Walmart instead, prices are cheaper there anyways.

This is terrible place to go for food service. Can't get there days right or the insurance correct. Please avoid if you want a pleasant visit to the pharmacy.

They need to learn customer service in the pharmacy. They are the rudest people I've done business with. I'm off to Walgreens or wal mart. The store manager/pharmacist should pay better attention to these reviews. 2.9 out of 5 is terrible. We please about half of our customers and disappoint the other half.

If I could give less, I would. Terrible customer service. I don't normally go to this CVS but my son's prescription was out of stock. I normally use GoodRX to help with the price, but when I picked up she said they don't use that unless I bring in the coupon? After calling my normal CVS they stated all she had to do was look at my profile and the coupon code is there. I ended up paying double.

The pharmacist was rude over the phone I asked her to please finish the RX as early as possible and I would be very appreciative; her answer was; I have 200 prescriptions ahead of me but that was in very aggressive way.
When I arrived to pick up the RX
She didn’t apply discount as my request and my Doctor mentioned that as well
I was told to come back at 1 even though that will have me drive 30 extra miles back and forth I came back 2:30 pm
Pharmacist was on her cell phone sitting down and 3 more Technician just moving every slowly putting bottle on the shelf and one technician on drive thru helping also at pick up register so I was waiting for them to ring me up for long time then instead of standing to ask me if I have any questions for medicine that is first time taking it and new customer to the store she point her finger to me saying in a very rude way go back on line however customers on the line allowed me to go in front of them she revealed my insurance status telling everyone that I am waiting on them to apply discount card!!!
The customers were very nice to me looking at her and feel disappointed and disgusted from her attitude towards me.
Terrible experience with that Pharmacist who definitely not applying just Pharmacy law but code of ethics as well..
