Be careful if you buy lumber at the Lowe’s in Lake Wylie as they have tags in the wrong places, so when it says you are buying and paying standard lumber prices, they are swapping out premium so they can charge much higher prices. The manager at Lake Wylie is not nice and doesn’t even apologize and makes it try to sound like it’s the customers fault when it’s Lowes not knowing how to match their tags with the right products. Will be taking my business elsewhere to where they treat customers better.

Good luck finding an employee that can actually help. They usually have what we need, but takes forever to find it or to find an employee to get it down if equipment is needed. And don't ask any employee anything because they don't check and will tell you any ole thing just to get rid of you

I found everything I needed. Several associates were helpful, from telling me where to locate things to helping me load my car. I enjoy this store! I was able to place a large order for pick up, and the associates loaded my car for me. The service was awesome.

I recently visited Lowe’s to shop for a pressure washer, and I had an outstanding experience thanks to Matthew and Rob. From the moment I walked in, Matthew greeted me with a warm, inviting smile, making me feel right at home. Rob also welcomed me with the same friendly demeanor. Both of them took the time to explain each brand of pressure washer available, breaking down the differences in PSI and other essential features. Their detailed explanations helped me understand which equipment would offer the best value for my needs.
Matthew and Rob were patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring I left with the perfect pressure washer. This Lowe’s location has become my go-to store because of the exceptional service I receive every time. I feel like part of the Lowe’s family now. If you're looking to purchase a lawn equipment, pressure washer or any outdoor equipment, I highly recommend working with Matthew. He is phenomenal and truly goes above and beyond to help customers.

How refreshing to walk into a store and be met with a, "Can I help you find anything", and then have them actually walk you to the entire other end of the building to show you just where it is! Kudos to Andrew for definitely making me a future return Lowe's customer!!!
