WalMart in the Lake Wylie area is terrible. Very few cashiers and most are forced to do the self checkout. Not fun when you have a lot of groceries. Time to take our business elsewhere.

Whenever visiting friends, this is is Walmart Supercenter where I shop regularly. Like this particular Walmart because items are nicely organized. Staff is putting items in the shelves all the time.Certain sale items are definitely a hit or miss. Products are constantly moving here.My favorite items are the bakery department. Forget about Table Talk pies, the Walmart individual lemon pies are just 74 cents and it's not as sweet as the Table Talk ones. Check out their other flavors.One time was looking for Back to the Roots- Lavender and Mushroom kits. Found out my green thumb needs a little help. Since this is a Walmart Supercenter, sometimes I get lost in the aisle trying to find stuff. Asked one of the staff where item located. She took the time to walk me over to the area.After checking out, as I head out of the area noticed mason jars on display. Had to get some. I can totally spend 1/2 a day shopping here.Some tips on check out since lines can be so long. I use the self-checkout area. Since there are two entrance areas, one to the grocery area and the other is gardening. There are self check out area located on both ends.Will be back the next time I am in town.

While this store is fairly well stocked, their check out is awful. There were only 2 registers open and they had LONG lines. The self check out was even worse. I just dropped what I was going to buy with the associate at self checkout and left.

This is an ok Walmart in most respects. However I am giving one star for one reason - the check out lines. If you get checked out is less than 30 minutes, you did good. Even during the busiest times, they will have maybe 5 registers open. The lines will be 8-10 people deep, all with carts brim full. Like I say, it's a clean store, usually well stocked, but sorely lacking in basic customer service.

This store needs help. Their shopping scooter are always broke down. While I sat for 45 minutes for a scooter to charge. SIX CUSTOMERS came in and tried 6 different shopping and none of the back wheels would turn. It's like the wheels were seized. Probably I never seen so many people grumble about something a can of WD 40 would have fixed.

If you are thinking about signing up for Walmart + to get grocery delivery, DO NOT sign up if this location will be your delivery store. I had placed an order for delivery and paid the extra $10 for express 2 hour delivery on a Sunday. Monday morning I still didn't have my order. I contacted customer service and was told that my order was cancelled due to the driver being unable to deliver the order. My husband had surgery and I couldn't leave, and we had been home to entire time, plus the instructions say to leave at door, so I'm not sure what the issue was. Plus the order "tracking" still showed they were preparing my order. I was told I would get a refund. The next day I received an e-mail for the same order, and that it was just delivered - it was not. I had to contact customer service again and I was told the picture of my stuff was in the trunk, not the doorstep, so I would get a refund. It took FOREVER to receive a refund. I placed another grocery order today, and again chose the express delivery option for the extra $10. I received an e-mail that 3 items were out of stock, and that the order was on it's way. This was at 7:05pm, and had an ETA of 7:15pm. I had a driver assigned: Markieth, and e-mail stated he drove a Dodge Durango. 8pm came around so I reached out to customer service to see if this order was actually being delivered. I was then told the order was cancelled because of a driver assignment error. Supposedly I am being refunded for the order, but I have not received a confirmation of this refund and I have been speaking with customer service for the past 30 min already. If there aren't available drivers they shouldn't have times to choose for delivery. I also shouldn't have to speak to customer service as many times ago wait over a week for a refund, after speaking to customer service more than once. Basically I wasted $99 for Walmart plus because this store doesn't actually feel like delivering to my house, yet leaves the orders saying processing and/or out for delivery. And then I have to wait over a week to get a refund for the order that never gets to me.

I spent 2 hours riding to walmart to get something... when I called they told me they had two cases. When I get there they tell me there is a limit of 1 per customer.How do you go from 2 cases to 1 bottle? What you are doing is namely domestic terrorism and racketeering which is illegal.I need this for medical reasons and you put a limit on my purchase after telling me there were 2 cases available. This is medical discrimination also. No other stores are limiting this, but with a surplus you still are limiting people with medical needs.What you are doing is called gross negligence and is malpractice also. I want this made right!

To my surprise. This Walmart is fairly organized and clean.. They may have a lot of stuffs waiting to be stock on a Sunday at 2pm. But compared to other surrounding Walmarts. This location would've been my 2nd choice. First choice would've been the Walmart in TEGA Cay. Staffs were helpful when I needed to locates stuffs. Check out staff named Kole was friendly and patient. Organic produces were easy to locate. And look fresh.. The bone marrows and oxtails were easy spotted and available, I was hoping they will have grass fed meat selections. But not much was available. All in all. I'm happy and will be back!

I've always liked this Walmart but that changed tonight. I went to go buy my things and the really big woman that works there in management took my things from me and wouldn't give me my money back on my card. I believe she had no right to do that to me at all. She took my things and yelled at me and then laughed at me and told me to leave. I'd report her and get her fired if possible. That's definitely something management shouldn't be doing to customers. That's a very good way to lose them. Watch out for her.

Usually the service is good, but they do not accept Rakuten, although they do on the regular Walmart website - I don't see a difference between Walmart stores. They also do not show all the items that are normally stocked in the stores, so some things I can pick up there, are not offered online grocery. AND today - Labor day - I spent an hour ordering my stuff, and went to choose a time....it's closed, for the next week DUE TO THE HURRICANE which isn't gong to be here until THURSDAY today in MONDAY if AT ALL. WTH? Just wasted a bunch of time, for nothing. What does a hurricane that is 4-5 days off, have anything to do with today, and tomorrow? Mind boggling.

My experience at this specific Walmart was nothing but the best. After my d*** mistake (leaving a product at self checkout), Adra went above and beyond in helping me with a solution! The product was missing, but she was able to help me out with a voucher to allow me to get a new one without having to pay out of pocket myself. She seriously made my day and I'll be sure to pay it forward because of her. #bekind

Not stocked well ever. Employees are nice. Store can't keep them or won't pay people enough to work. They're always short handed it seems. The biggest issue I've had here is the stocking of items. Also the veggies are a hit or Miss. May last more than a day. May not.

So naturally... my husband and I have this thing... where Every time we are in a new area, city or even state... we always gravitate to checking out stores we frequent. For my husband, that store is Home Depot. For me, it's Walmart. Lol. Every store always carrie different products. This Walmart is by far the cleanest location I have yet to visit! The staff was SUPER friendly. I was asked by about 6 employees if I "needed help". I was impressed! Walmart's are not know for being clean or having friendly employees, but this location is doing something RIGHT! Keep it up guys.
