Mr Nichols was great. He responded quickly and was very friendly and helpful. He helped make a bad experience with my car much less painful. I will definitely use Nichols again if I am in need of a tow!

I was told they only had 1 driver on duty but he was 2 hrs away & not sure if they were taking any more calls/work @ 6pm on a Friday....Horrible customer service! Guess they don't want or need the business so I went with Southside towing in Clover, SC & I was highly satisfied plus the next morning the owner personally called me to give me a $50 refund bc the dispatcher misunderstood my situation & overcharged me by mistake.

I am not one to leave reviews but I assure you Mr.Nichols is fair and honest. I was in a bind and needed a tow. He was trying to close early and get home. He changed his plans and come and helped me out. He was very friendly and reasonable with his price. I will definitely use him for any future needs! I would recommend this business!
