I was charged $106.98 without explanation at this Verizon retailer Victra store in Lake Wylie, by sales rep Dukens. I only signed and was given receipts for other disclosed charges. I would have given Dukens the benefit of the doubt to explain, but never had the opportunity.
When I returned to ask about the extra charge, I got conflicting explanations by other sales reps. First, it was a second month, then it turned out to be setup fees that were never disclosed- that I would have never agreed to.
Manager Sabi was shockingly unprofessional—she avoided calling me, then accused me of trying to get something for free when I raised the issue in person. According to Sabi, her manager, Jason Barns wouldn’t be interested in talking to me either. I reached out to the number Sabi provided for Jason Barns, but never heard from him either.
No accountability. Instead other sales reps and Manager Sabi told me to dispute the undisclosed and unsigned charges with my credit card.
The store is welcome to make this right, they have all the information to do so.
After my upsetting experience, I’d urge you to avoid this retailer. Drive to a Verizon-owned location instead.

I worked with Ben at the Lake Wylie/Clover store. He was extremely knowledgeable. He explained the details of each and the corresponding billing. He helped me decide which phone and plan would work best for me. He was very friendly and personable. He welcomed everyone who walked with a pleasant demeanor. He really seemed to enjoy his job.

Came in today with a issue with my phone caus it was messed up by water damage. Only one guy in there he was very busy and he got me taken care of right away. Super knowledgeable.

I admit it, I got hustled. I asked for a phone case from Mike for $25 because I said they were all ugly annd didn’t want one but wanted something to protect the phone until
I got one from Amazon and went home to find it was double that. He never went over individual pricing for each product I bought. That’s on me for not checking but in him for being sly. I didn’t know a camera lends protector would cost $70! DO NOT GRT HUSTLED! If anyone knows a better more honest phone carrier, let me know.

D assisted me (I can't remember her full name unfortunately) and she was absolutely amazing with helping me purchase my iPhone 15. She was incredibly knowledgeable and answered/helped me with any questions or concerns I had. Not to mention, she was super kind and sweet - which you don't find all the time in sales. 10/10 recommend :)

Diella and Bhavin were amazing! My spouse and I transferred two lines and our home internet from AT&T, and upgraded our iPhones. They worked through all of the set up issues while fully answering all of our questions and ensuring we had the devices and accessories we wanted. They were very professional and amiable, and we felt very comfortable with their no-pressure approach. I’d highly highly recommend!

Please have more than one employee working. Waited 45 minutes with no change or movement of people ahead of me. Drive 25 minutes to Gastonia and I was out in less than 15. So glad I didn’t stay. I would probably still be waiting.
