About Washerette
Washerette is a long-standing laundry facility that serves the entire town with no other options. The location has recently come under new ownership and management, who are making upgrades, including updated washers. However, many significant problems persist. The change machines almost never work, a situation lasting for years, and no neighboring businesses will provide change. The dryers are a gamble, with many not heating properly and taking a very long time to dry even a small load. The facility is often frustrating, with vandalized equipment, broken doors, and an overall lack of reliable service. The bathroom lacks a sink and the back door area is described as shady. While some washers work okay, the overall condition and management have led to a difficult experience for customers.

Not sure who has been reviewing this place but it's a mess! Machines are filthy!!!! I drove 10 miles to come here based on reviews, paid extra for HOT water on 2 machines and it's tap cold - not even warm. I don't recommend this place, at all.

New owner is Doing a great job fixing the machines and making it look like a nice laundromat again.

Went this morning. Used 4 dryers.. 2 of them had 1 blanket in it. 3.00 in qtrs later and 1 hour drying they are still wet!!!!!!! The other two had pillows in them.. same thing still wet after a hour. Temp setting was on high.... also used hot water setting on washer which charges more and the water was ice cold.
