Made a date and asked for after 3pm, WELL its 730pm and no delivery, no calls. The website says a time convenient for you, after 7pm is NOT convenient. And the store closes at 7pm and there is no after hours contact number.

After going to multiple furniture stores and being given false promises and delayed delivery dates. I walked into Aaron’s and bill was able to take of everything that day and have it delivered. Go see bill for no nonsense furniture buying.

Incompetent employees! I went there to get a king bed, they said it was in stock. I started the lease for the bed, I checked over the contract again to make sure when I got home and it was for a queen. I called back and they “tried” to fix the issue! Tell me why when they called back they found another bed, but expected me to pay more when it was their fault. I wouldn’t mind paying more for the payments, but if the first payment was processed and it was THEIR fault, don’t expect me to adjutant for your errors! Highly irritated!!!!!! Do not recommend!

Mike Hay, general manger was extremely rude and unprofessional to me and my husband. He has horrible customer service skills and caught an attitude with us in the store and refused to ship us our order because we wanted to transfer locations after spending an hour just filling out paperwork. will NEVER recommend and NEVER use this company. I’m sure the business would thrive if Mike was fired. He is the reason for no sales.

I roast and burn businesses for good reasons I've been taught at Verizon wireless and Rutgers Business School. Good job idk what kind of team you call that definitely not a sales team and definitely not any sort of professional team or simple profile managers using computers to fulfill simple POS transactions. Grown men and women who need to either be retrained or go somewhere else because nobody at the store is qualified to even greet the customer properly let alone use a computer or explain anything about anything about what Aaron's procedural process even is and how it benefits the customer or even for that matter just be a useful and helpful human but I guess that's the name of the game for the United States...useless humans lazy workers all men and all women under the roof of the Aaron's at the broad river st address

Horrible customer service do not recommend anyone to go to this location. The so called manager purposely made it where we did not get our washer an dryer.

I don’t appreciate how Rachel came to my house at 8 in the morning banging on my door. Then she caught an attitude when I refused to open the door. When she called I explained to her that my card was stolen and I was waiting on a new one, once I got my new card I would make the payment. At this point they can really have the furniture back, their customer service is horrible. Will not be renting from them again.
