I'm a regular Aldi shopper, but since they began including self-checkout, the service has gone waaay downhill. Employees at the cashier-manned registers are also responsible for keeping an eye on self-checkout and resolving those issues while serving their front-facing customers. The result is confusion because you don't know which shopper's purchases are listed on the cashier screen at any given time. That, in turn, results in questions that get answered by very snippy and unfriendly cashiers. A smile and a soft answer don't take any longer to offer customers than the rude responses offered by these employees whose number one responsibility is speed. Pull it together Aldi!

I'm going to Aldi's ever since it open but the last couple of times I have not been. I'm happy. Their vegetables have totally gone downhill. The last couple times I went, they didn't even have large cucumbers. And the small ones were almost gone. Lots of veggies were empty, and there's lots of empty shelves.

I love me some ALDI! Their prices can't be beat! I love there own brands and specialty items. The staff is friendly and quick. Lines are long a lot but they open others as soon as they see that. This will always be my shopping place as long as their open!

Employees don't want to help customers. Consistently out of staples like lemons, chick peas, mozzarella, not to mention they never carry other staples like Parsley.
