My recent experience with the Allsouth loan officers was one of the most pleasant of all of my many years of banking transactions.I was welcomed with a sincerity that's rare in business these days. I felt like I was talking to a friend and all of the details and options of my loan were explained to me on a level that I could understand.Definitely 4 Gold Stars!

Predatory credit union. When I was a young soldier I banked here. They would re order your transactions if you ever got close to negative. Even through on purchase may accidentally put your account negative they will time stamp the most expensive purchase first, and the smaller purchases last to collect multiple overdraft fees. They also will pull money from your checking to your savings without asking or any input from yourself to put your account negative and charge you fees. Today I actually make an extremely good living and I'll probably sue this bank soon, out of personal gratification. They are purely evil.

Tried to call multiple times however I keep getting put on hold. They say my call is important but nobody answers. I’m just trying to change my phone number but nobody will answer the phone. How do you expect to keep the people who bank with you if they can’t even get ahold of AllSouth very disappointed and displeased by the lack of service.

unfortunately a few months ago i had to get a fresh start loan because my husband had surgery and he was not getting a check. a month later he passed away. i went into the branch after his funeral and explained that i dont have access to any money so i would be unable to pay at the time because i have not received his death certificate. on 9/29 i went into my account and they had taken my whole direct deposit because i defaulted on the loan. i called and went into the branch to explain the situation and was not given any understanding or help. Ms. Lackey gave me a call and said there was nothing she could do and said there was no one else i could speak with. I am very disappointed that they can not be understanding. I am a widow with 2 kids and they took my whole direct deposit. i had every intent to pay the loan, but right now i was just trying to take care of myself and my kids until i could access my husbands money.
