I made an appointment over a month ago they cancelled my appointment last minute, tellling me they were never suppose to take appointments that day.They scheduled my new appointment over a month after my original appointment. This place is terrible

Love the forest drive location. We came in and took advantage of the deal, found two glasses that I loved immediately! Everything was quick and easy and the glasses only took a week to come in! Highly recommend :)

I can't begin to tell you what a wonderful experience I had. The staff and Dr. are very knowledgeable and you never feel rushed. A special thanks to Karitha as she supported me at a most difficult time in my life. A cancer battle can make one feel raw and unattractive but she showed compassion, empathy, and tons of positive feedback. My new frames are amazing. I can see!!! I will definitely be going back for all my future needs as well as my husband.

Karitha is simply fabulous! She’s fast and efficient and makes the customer feel special! She multitask exceptionally and moves with a sense of urgency! She honors her words and unsure that her customers are satisfied! Wish she could be cloned! There are few like her!

When I purchased my glasses, the technician was very helpful in the purchase. The associate at the desk was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing my frames.

Nikki was superb. She was very knowledgeable and worked my twin sister and I in so we could be seen. Dr. Carim-Sanni was been patient and explained things no other MD had before. I got the best care today!

Nikki and Dr. Carim-Sanni were excellent!!! My twin sister and I did not have appointments, but Nikki worked us in and took SO much time helping us to make decisions about frames, tinting, etc.! Dr. Carim-Sanni was so attentive and provided much needed education regarding care for my eyes. We had an amazingly awesome experience!

I was very disappointed in the service from America's Best. The only reason I had decided to go here was because I recently moved to the Mt. Pleasant, SC, area and needed an updated prescription and this was the only place with appointments available within a reasonable timeframe. I spent two hours there for a simple prescription because the person checking me out did not know how to input my prescription or insurance info and no other employees were available to assist her. After all that, I received the wrong type of contacts despite specifying several times the type I have used for almost 12 years. When I needed to order more contacts, I did not want to use America's Best again after my initial experience, so I requested that they email me my prescription so that I could order from somewhere else. They refused to do so, claiming they would only give it to me in person or via fax. It is 2023 and I do not have a fax machine anymore, nor do any of my friends or family. The nearest location to me is 45 minutes away, making it a hassle to go in person. I was given no explanation for why they would not email it to me, but to me it felt like they wanted to make it more difficult to get my prescription so that I would just give up and order from them again. Overall, I was very very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The customer service is great! The staff is very knowledgeable and quick to remedy any situation concerning your spectacles and contact lenses.I ordered spectacles and lenses with an eye exam. I am pleased with my spectacles, however I recently damaged them. America’s Best was able to order a new pair within days. It pays to get the warranty.There was a mix up on my contacts. It has been 11 months, and I haven’t received them. When I previously called, I was told that they were ordered but had not arrived yet. Finally, I brought it to the manager’s attention, and with no hesitation, they are reordering my contacts. I am still waiting to receive my contact lenses.Overall, my experience with America’s Best was wonderful. I appreciate the efforts of the staff to make the customers experience great.

Greeting staff obviously . don't care for their jobs. Not only was the front desk rude, they ask you to hold and never come back to the phone. Upon signing in, you're made to feel like you not a human being, just another dollar. Doctor was extremely friendly and helpful.
