Mondays are for yoga! I took a class today and it was exactly what I needed to start my week! I sincerely enjoyed this studio. I wish I lived closer to enjoy it more! I like that they have a drop in rate.

Love the balanced, mindful, kind, playful and non-competitive spirit of our AMSA studio. Always leave feeling much better than I arrived and appreciate seeing familiar teachers and students over the years. The workshops are wonderful ways to learn how to take the teachings off our mats and into our lives, which have proved to be so helpful during the pandemic. Thanks AMSA!

If you’re looking for a welcoming atmosphere, great vibes and interesting, friendly people, this is your place. Amsa is a true gem, offering a wide variety of instructors and classes for all levels, including EcoYoga with Johnny, a wonderfully unique experience I’d never been exposed to. (I’ve lived and practiced in 3 different states.) Kate, the owner, is bright and energetic, hosting special events such as sound baths and meditations for both patrons and the community. Those seeking to refresh and replenish themselves physically or energetically will find catalysts for that at Amsa, a truly special place.

Their studio is small but very serene. The instructor was super understanding of beginners skill and offered many options to scale back the asanas or challenge those who were advanced without making beginners feel inadequate. $12 for a walkin, no reservation requires.

I am visiting Columbia and I am so grateful that I found Amsa Yoga. Kate, the owner, was so kind and the students so welcoming. The class was great with both flow and Yin. I will certainly go back for more classes.

I've been to several Yoga studios in the Columbia area. So far AMSA is the only studio that has made me feel welcome. No fancy fountains, no cliques or pushy instructors. Studio is clean, organized and has ample props. They have had several guest instructors and musicians, all of which were interesting. Kate, the owner is as welcoming as they come.

Been going here for several years and love it. There are options for whatever you're looking to do and a variety of times. The owner has been wonderful and is very kind.

My boyfriend and I have attended two classes and one meditation session. We enjoyed them both. We are new to yoga so it was nice to have instructors who let everyone work at their own pace. The instructors are awesome and even the others in the class. Everyone is super nice and supportive.

Took my first Amsa Yoga class today and enjoyed every moment. The instructor was so in tune and precise with both movement and words. The practice was like a special gift from the universe and I felt blessed to be the receiver. Thank you, Amsa Yoga for creating a supported, caring, and non--competitive yoga space for mental, physical, and spiritual expansion. I'm really looking forward to my next class!!!

Amazing place and teachers! You'd love understanding more of yoga (a lot of kinds) and yourself.. There are also 5$ classes during the week, they can be crowded, be there 10 min before
