“Pretty good selection of a mix of new and older antiques. Prices can be a little bit on the high side. Half of the building is an auction house. No air conditioning in the summer but they did have a lot of fans running. Good size parking lot.”
“Stayed at nearby hotel and when I woke up this morning and checked social media this little gem popped up on my feed. A hidden gem. Almost missed the garden patio out back. Prices very reasonable. I will be back.”

“In a time crunch to vacate my home , I called on CH Livingston Estate Services to help. Within days Chris appeared at my door to assess. He decided the better option, considering the time frame, would be to bring it all to auction. He meticulously emptied the entire contents of my 2200 sq. ft. home in half a day. At auction , he listed the goods with accompanying , professional photos and researched descriptions. Potential bidders/buyers were able to preview items for a reasonable amount of time. I could not be happier with both the results and service!
