To start off, I have so many anxieties about going to see a dentist. I went in and everyone was extremely nice and professional. The part that I was dreading the most were the x-rays since I always, somehow, have a bad experience with for several reasons. Well, the man who did them for me was so sweet and gentle and calmed my nerves so easily. Of course, I was still anxious but it definitely took the edge off. I didn’t get his name, which I regret, but I do remember that he told me that my nail polish color is one of his favorite colors. I wanted to call and let him know how much I appreciate him for making my experience a little less scary, but I can’t. So here I am writing this review so that other people know how sweet the staff can be. IF YOU KNOW WHO I’M TALKING ABOUT PLEASE TELL HIM THAT HE IS APPRECIATED ? ?

I would not recommend Aspen for any dental needs. They were more concerned about coming with with a lengthy treatment plan, collecting the full plan amount, and then delaying your refund at the end of that plan when they didn’t perform all of the treatment you supposedly needed.

I can't thank the staff enough for my beautiful teeth I'm so happy with them,My experience was wonderful with all staff who assisted me,they were super friendly and worked on my teeth until they were satisfied with the results.She needs a lot of praise for her exceptional work craftsmanship I was given a piece of art in my opinion.i highly recommend Garner's Ferry Rd Columbia SC office everyone is a delight to come in contact with.I smiled all day thanks to my beautiful teeth.Thank you staff

I really enjoyed my experience! The staff was amazing from the front desk to the back staff. Got me in and out. Only thing is they need to update their equipment when doing the x rays. The tools used were very uncomfortable. Other then that great experience!

They’re great very knowledgeable about my treatment plan and dentist was awesome with explaining ever detail and answering all my questions and concerns. Fiance dept was nice she help me a lot best decision making with my plan treatment and costOverall a very professional office setting.

Went here about 3 months ago for a simple filling. They numbed me 3 times with the weak stuff after asking for something stronger. I Was in pain the entire time. After 3 months my tooth is still giving me problems when it comes to biting and random pain. Then they decided to charge me an an $650 on my credit card for stuff they never did. I will never go back.

I had a great experience with Aspen dental care this morning. Very efficient, enthusiastic and very professional. The financial wasn't what I could afford at this time due to no dental insurance . But will in the future consider them

I am incredibly dissappointed with this dental company. I arrived at my scheduled time. Unable to make it, obvioulsy, 15 minutes early. I was not seen today. It's incredibly redundant to have to show up to an appointment, 15 minutes early, that was already set with a time. Why not set the appointment times in the system to include enough time to get everything you need? Then I was met with "We are short staffed today, you would have been seen if you had gotten here 15 minutes early."On top of that I got several emails, calls, and texts, despite putting the reason for my appointment and talking with several representatives wanting to know the reason for my visit and collecting my insurance again. I should have known then to find somewhere else. That's unorganized and unprofessional. Why aren't these calls being recorded into the system? Please improve and do better!
