Terrible customer service. But that is an AT&T corporate issue, not just this location. If you want to open an account, they are happy to take your credit card information. If you need help with anything else, the associate just tells you to call a number. Also, this is the first time that a customer service associate from any business has referred to me as "dude." Not professional. I was there to help my friend with his account, but this experience reminded me why I left AT&T more than 10 years ago and have never regretted that decision.

The staff was very helpful and aided me with the processing of mine and my cousin's payment. The only thing is this location should have a kiosk payment machine!

I called this location to see exactly where they were located, since I had to park down the street and walk. This is how the conversation went.Me: Hi, I wanted to see if you could tell me exactly where you were located.ATT employee: What you can do is go to Google Maps or Apple Maps and put in our address.Me: What are you near?ATT employee: We are near a couple local businesses.Me: Huh?ATT employee: We are down from Jimmy John’s.Me: Thank youI then walked back to my car and left. This customer service was lacking and it did not take all of that to get a little assistance finding your store. I will take my business elsewhere.

Ron the sales rep was so patient and kind. He listened and asked questions to identify my tech needs. I upgrade my phone and upgraded my hubby from an old flip phone. We were there a long while but Ron was very attentive checking in to make the change over so much smoother! Stellar customer service and the reason I have been a loyal ATT customer for 20yrs!! Thank you Ron!!

Amazing service Ron has by far been the best representation of Att I have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable, outgoing and professional. Assisted me with setup, transfer and even helped me reorganize my device. From now on this will be the only AT&T I do business with.

According to the guys working there, they don't have any prepaid phones. I use AT&T prepaid service and my charging port is messed up. I went to this store to buy a phone and transfer service. Hi, do you have any prepaid phones. No, we don't have any phones, but we can set you up with service. How can they set me up with service if they don't have any phones? Besides, I already had service, but switched companies yesterday. Thank you for NOT helping me. :-)
