Omar was amazing! Me and my best friend came in after work at 7pm. I was going back and forth whether I wanted the 16 plus or 16 pro max. Omar was patient and explained the blue I wanted would have to be ordered so I opted for the pro max. My number had to be transferred over to AT&T so that process took longer than I thought. But Omar was dedicated and stayed after closing to help! Thank you and I love my new phone!

Amber took care of us and made the transfer process to set up a new line easy and quick. We couldn't have done it without her! She was very resourceful and helped me troubleshoot accessing my Verizon account to get my transfer pin when I was having trouble. We were very impressed with her service, she was amazing!

I would leave zero stars if possible. I switched my service from a previous carrier to AT&T last week and activated 2 phone lines and a line with an IPad. MY daughter was pushed down by a student at school and damaged her Ipad the day after we got it. So I had to do a replacement and have it shipped to the Crosshill location. I received updates for the delivery and confirmation received to the store from FedEx. I went to the store with the damaged Ipad to get the replacement and receive the return label which was located inside the new box. The associate who assisted me with the initial activation and replacement device was off that day but I was assisted by Adrian. First of all she does not have a pleasant attitude or greeting demeanor when she approaches customers. She proceeded to continously tell me that I was given the wrong information about my replacement device being shipped to the store because that's not the way it works. She's saying this after I told her more than once that I received emails saying the device was indeed delivered to the store earlier that day. Another male associate proceeded to go to the back of the store and look for the device which was back there. She still repeated that the way a replacement device is handled does not allow the new device to be delivered to the store, only to the residence of the customer. I also had the damaged device with me to be packaged and sent back to the company that provided the replacement because the return label was inside the new box. Once again she asks me why did I bring in the old device because the store doesn't handle anything with the damaged device and the return label is only provided to the customer by email. I continued to let her ignorance shine bright while she proceeded to open the new box. Would anyone like to guess what was inside the box along with the new IPad? I'll save you the time and give you the answer, the return label. It's ridiculous how someone who is so adamant about disputing a customer is so greatly dumbfounded about how the process works and even worse how a delivery was made to the store and she spoke as if it was not there. She didn't even take the time to go look in the back but instead thought it was okay to be rude and wrong. I love my new AT&T service and devices. But this associate is the bad part of this business and really needs some training on procedures and customer service.

I really like the service. It is not the employees fault but don’t understand why there are only 2 employees with 10 people always waiting to be helped. I bought a screen protector from them and went back 2 separate times to get a replacement. Both times I waited for an hour to get help.
