Great customer service until our service got switched over, then all these lies come out. That’s how they bait you in. We paid all of this money to be lied to after all the services get connected. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service. I suggest to stay away from that storre or you will be ribbed off. You get too many different stories about your payments. Adrian is a liar. She told us our first payment would be in January. Bill came out the same month our service was switched over. Service was switch on November 3, 22 days a bill comes out we know nothing about our service got turned off while we were out of town. We were told we would get 250 off per line a lie they waited until we switched service and told us after the fact it’s only for a business line only. Do you think we would have transfer service to pay all this money and don't get a chance to get credit no. We were lied too and stealing from customers in this manner. It definitely will not go far at all doing this to innocent people.

Having the death of a loved one, is hard enough, but dealing with returning their phone to AT&T is a nightmare. The store at Cross Hill was wonderful in initially helping us get information on the deceased account. They got customer service and they were supposed to send a return phone kit, but the kit never arrived. AT&T sent the account to collections. After talking to eight representatives, five people and three chats, we were told to return the phone to a store. Belen Nuno was wonderful trying to help. She was very professional, understanding, and patient. She was dealing with a very frustrated and upset customer. Even though, she was not able to resolve the issue she did figure out what was happening . A huge thanks again to Belen Nune and the associate Amber for their patience. But, as I told them, I hope they never have a relative that dies that has an AT&T phone. The corporate is impossible to deal with.

Belen nuno is one of the worst store managers I've ever came in contact with, I went to the corporate store on Cross Hill Rd in Columbia south Carolina. I made an attempt to have her bypass the four digit code on the phone someone purchased in my name without my permission in order to have it cut off, I brought my ID and bill(which was in my name) to prove it wasn't a ruse .however mrs Nuno made no such effort to assist me instead she sat her terminal just typing I will be filing a complaint on her, for not being a people person and lacking customer service skills she needs to take a course in it and stop trying micro manage

The store did not have any screen protectors or cases for my Android phone. Also, could not help me with a voicemail and billing issue in-store and called tech support. After being on a long hold, i had communication issues with my tech rep and ultimately did not get either issues resolved. ?

Worst customer service ever. Belen Nuno (manager?!?!) is 0 help. Rude. My son went as an authorized user and my ‘theory’ is that they only had one phone in stock and someone else wanted it. They told him the account owner would have to come in - not true. He is an authorized user and had his ID. They then flagged him as fraud and would give him no info. I called and she was if no help. Thankfully called 611 and reported her. Hopefully that does something.

Do not get AT&T service. Just trying to keep people from going through what i have. My bill was suppose to be about $250. My first 2 bills were over $600 because my "credits" werent appplied yet. They assure me it will be applied within the first 3 months and go down to the $250. After 4 months my bill finally went down to $424 and that is what i am stuck with for 3 YEARS. Their customer service on the phone is terrible. They even put you through a telemarketer just to talk to some about your account. They add fees upon fees. The bill is never what they tell you it will be. All of the "credits" you may or may not get. Their app and phone system for service is just awful.

The staff at 702 Cross Hill Rd. in Columbia were excellent. OJ helped me and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

OJ was excellent he was very friendly patient and honest he got me in and out he listened to my needs and delivered I walked out with a brand new phone less than a hour later I highly recommend him for all your technology needs ?

The store rep went above and beyond to help us. We got what we needed in a quickly than we expected. OJ was very nice and helpful and couldn't ask for a better store rep. Also, all store reps were very welcoming once we entered the store. A1 service.

Horrible ...actually had to call customer service as the representative in the store didn't want to return a phone under the 14 day policy. She was even rude to the customer service representative on the phone. Dont waste your time on them just go to t mobile

I came in with my family to add 2 lines to the plan I have and the girl helping canceled my wife’s phone and didn’t transfer my account into a different plan like she was suppose to, because of her we have to change my wife’s number. The service of AT&T is horrible with loading with full bars. To top it off I did not authorize anything but a plan change yet I’m dealing with corporate that isn’t able to help because of this issue. Absolutely horrible at knowledge and being helpful. I will be going back to Verizon or somewhere else. This is garbage service
