I’ve been looking to switch from Spectrum back to AT&T and Brandon was a big help with helping me understand price differences and the current promotions. He was very patient as well with all the questions I had, since I came in completely blind on what I needed! I walked in thinking I wouldn’t get a good bang for my buck but he turned that around (Spectrum sucks)

Derek and the young lady (didn't get her name) was helpful, professional, not to pushy, which translate to letting the customer makes their choice. They showed good customer service/multi-tasking by assisting multiple customers simultaneously so no one had to wait. Good customer service received, my expectations are extremely high which means if I give a rating it was a good experience.

When I came into the AT&T, I was so frustrated I was ready to cancel my account. However thanks to Derek everything was straightened out. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend you come to him for all your AT&T needs.
