As soon as I told them what the issues were on my vehicle Jose and Renee, without hesitation took care of the issue.They did not judge me for having to rigged battery. I appreciate the wonderful customer service that they provided and they did so with a smile. BIG THANKS TO JOSE AND RENEE. THEY WENT ABOVE AMD BEYOND.

My check engine light was on and Chris and Steven told my exactly what the problem was. They gave me the instructions on how to correct the issue and it worked. The check engine light went off when I completed the last step in their instructions. Thank God for their excellent knowledge and customer service.

I don’t know anything about cars I called the customer service was excellent. They even had deals got my brakes and rotors from them when I went into the store, everybody greeted me. The cashier with dreads was very friendly, and the manager with the baldhead was very nice and friendly

Battery was week. Scott tested & talked me thru everything. Needed a new battery. My old one was less than 3 yr.old, so the new one was free! Tested starter and alternator. I'm all good. I did have to spend $2.13 for the lubricant for the battery posts, to stop corrosion. Also recommended by Scott! Great service!

I don’t come here often but every time is a great experience. The staff here is phenomenal. They are absolute professionals at what they do plus they are super friendly to all the different kinds of people they have coming into the store. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and their competitors’ products and I trust them 100%.

My car battery died. It was purchased in 2018 so it had a good lifespan. I went to AutoZone for a replacement. The battery I needed was in stock so there was no waiting. The employees were very helpful in assuring I was getting the right battery for a 2014 Hyundai Sonata. Fortunately, my son was able to help with the heavy lifting and replacement. The store is close to my home which is so convenient. I was made aware of the rise in cost beforehand. What's not going up in price these days? I'll return to this store for my automotive needs.

I needed to buy a passenger side mirror. Mine popped off and shattered ?. The guys working there very kind and explained to me how to fix it because it is a DIY. The one gentleman said that if it doesn't work properly I can bring it back and they'll give me a full refund. So nice. Highly recommend Autozone! There were like 5 car places on the same road, but I picked this one and I'm glad I did!!

Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely aweful customer service from a gray shirt. Rude as could be and short with me because I didn't know a vehicle part name per their system name. Will avoid at all costs.
