Very knowledgeable staff. Staff member read code on car and was able to offer a diagnosis as to what was causing the check engine light to come on. They have most of the parts and tools that a DIY mechanic would need to get almost any repair done.

Manager on duty couldn’t help find a windshield wiper. Maybe if she put down her ice cream she would have known where to look! This use to be a reliable place to find my auto needs…need more options in this area!!!

Had a battery replaced but the 5-star rating is assigned specifically due to an employee named Ray. He offered customer service that was above and beyond. After installing the battery, he helped me find some retainer clips to fit under the hood, and even after I accidentally dropped one pack of them clips into the engine area of a car, he fished them out. He was incredibly helpful and took his time to assist me, although the store itself was swarming with customers. I will definitely return. I hope he gets a raise soon!

This store has the worst customer service and the employees are incredibly unprofessional. There is always an extremely long wait if you need help. The employees are generally rude and lacking in knowledge. The person who “helped” and checked us out today was not only wearing an earpiece but was actively on a video chat with someone. I have seen a lot but the video chat took the cake.

Went there last week to purchase a battery, guy checked under the hood, sold me a battery and an extra part I didn't actually need, went to to install battery, then said he couldn't because my battery terminal was cracked. I told him another guy at that same place replaced my corroded terminal last time, and that I had the spare with me. He asked if it was a Hispanic guy because he wasn't supposed to replace my terminal, and I said it was not. He tried but couldn't refund me for the two felt covers he said were supposed to protect my battery from corrosion. So I had to jump start my car and take my new battery to the dealership to have them install it, and then bring back the dead battery to AutoZone. Next time my battery dies, I'm going straight to the dealership to save me the hassle.
