Gerber Collision did a great job on my recent car repair. The online estimate was so easy to do, Jeff and Anna were so professional, and I received great customer service updates during the whole process. My car was repaired quickly and looks brand new!

Well, I had a 2017 BMW X5, in mint condition until I blew a tire in I-26 in Columbia, SC. Had it towed to Gerber/Atlas Road and the magic began. They did, as usual, a remarkable job in repairing and painting my right front bumper and checked the vehicle for front end alignment.
They have completed numerous repairs, with excellent body and paint work, that have been the result of two rear end collisions and four separate road debris attacks to my front end. Thank you Anna, Jeff, Scott, Jad(Hope I got that one right) and my go to, get it done, Amanda! Unfortunately, it was involved in a total loss accident on 6/8/24 and is in X5 heaven!!!
If I can say they are good, as OCD and particular as I am, then I trust they will do the same for you!!! One picture that I like-a 50,000+ at the time, immaculate X5, since deceased! Oh, do I miss this one! But replaced it with this one. Thanks guys and gals for your hard work!!!

Omg, these guys are simply AMAZING. I had a break in and attempted stealing of my Kia while in town from Charleston visiting my best friend. Luckily, the bandit didn’t succeed in stealing my car, but did substantial damage and left my car un-drivable. I had it towed here, and had to return back to Charleston for work. They made this experience soooo much more tolerable. I was afraid that my being out of town would make things near impossible, but Aaron was in constant contact with me about the status of my car. Amanda made signing all of the forms a breeze, and I was able to sign them and return them virtually while at work. They did amazing work and gave my car back in better condition than it was before the incident. I can’t remember the name of the amazing lady that helped me today when I picked up my vehicle, but she and Jeff were awesome. I can’t say enough great things about this team.

I want to start by saying, I normally do not do reviews, but the service provider at Geber deserved the time for a glowing review. Unfortunately, my brand new vehicle was involved in a collision and Geber Collison, fixed my car to look brand new again. I cannot thank them enough. They even dealt with difficult out of state insurance to make sure I was taken care of. I cannot give them a more glowing recommendation. Every person I met and dealt with there was exceptionally nice and understanding.
I hope I don’t need yall again, but if something happens, I know who will be my first call! - thank you thank you thank you!

I have not received my car back yet, but I think it's taking to long based on the actual damage. It is very hectic and inconvenient for me right now trying to get daily activities accomplished without my car. I hope I get it back sooner than the date they said.

I stopped by to get an estimate on a small dent on on my truck. I was informed by the lady up front that I needed an appointment to get an estimate. She said yep...it's the rules. So I said you can't walk 40ft to look at this dent while I'm here so I do not have to come back. She said , yep. So I said I'll go somewhere else. Thanks. As a business owner my self, I do not understand how people can turn away business. Good luck to ya.

Our car was hit in the parking lot of restaurant while we were eating. The man who hit it did come find us and give us his insurance information. We contacted Gerber collision and they got us in for repair, assisted with our rental car, and finished the job within a week. The repair looks amazing, they even went above and beyond by by removing a door ding on the opposite side of our vehicle for no additional charge! Scott Mims was the technician who did our repair and it looks as good as new! I can’t say enough about how pleased we are! I highly recommend this body shop, and Scott Mims is one of the absolute best body techs in Columbia. It’s not the first time he’s done repair work for me. Thank you Gerber, and thank you Mr. Mims.
