  Just try to talk to someone on the phone, almost impossible. When someone finally answered, we were told to call another office. Same thing. It took a month to get through and by that time we were so fustrated we cancelled our service.

  Very unprofessional staff that are extremely rude and if they treat their customers like that, lord only knows how they'll treat your dog. I will never return here again and was very disappointed with the service. Please take your animals elsewhere for their sake and yours.

  Do NOT take your pets here! Dr Tanya Bruce Thomas is the most rude & heartless person I've ever met, her staff even defended her when treating me & my pet horribly. McDonald's cashiers have better customer service. Please take my advice and keep your fur babies far far away from this horrible place!
