Banfield 0399 is “our family”. I work at Pet Smart, and I got my 2 dogs enrolled in the wellness plan..My 2 Lab rescues fell in love with everyone. They were absolutely amazing. My oldest boy, Clyde, lived until he was 17. Then when he passed away Bair became so lost and depressed. The Banfield vets and techs went over and beyond helping Bair get through losing his best buddy and companion. Their compassion and love brought Bair through this dark time. Their care and love for my Bair and me helped us more than words can ever express. This is the same type of care and attention that they give all their patients/parents.Banfield staff is “our Family”. My new rescue, Mevry, adores them just as much. We are so blessed. ?? ❤️❤️

The staff at Banfield pet Hospital are amazing. They take extra time with my Fur Baby, and that's important to me because I love my baby. He is always so excited to see L when see comes out yo greet us. I'm never nervous about leaving him.

My visits to Banfield have always been exceptional. ALL staff are pleasant and do everything to accommodate your individual needs. My pup always gets excellent care and his issues are resolved quickly.

The entire staff is very courteous checking in my pets goes very smooth every time I bring one of them in for a visit. The Doctors keep me informed of my pets health and explain any abnormalities they found no matter how small I would recommend Banfield to anyone who Owens a dog or cat it's just to bad they don't do exotic animals any more

Have been a client of Banfield for 7 years, I am now going with Pets inc for my pets care. Banfield is very difficult to get an appointment that isn't weeks out. They are not very good with animals that require more time and effort to treat. I also believe that they could have done a better job managing our boxers skin issues that she eventually died from skin cancer at 5 years old.
