Went to the Bank of America, the representative who set my account up messed everything up! The manager comes out, why she's a manager , I have no idea. She doesn't know ANY OF YOU GUYS POLICY. I informed her that the debit card I received didn't match, the one on my Google wallet. Your manager stated, the Google card wallet card numbers are different from the physical card. What kind of sense does that make. After getting guesses on why my virtual card numbers wasn't matching, physical card I just left. I Called people with actual knowledge of their jobs and was informed that the representative did indeed mess up my account, the card style I selected didn't even match . Only thing the manager kept saying is imma put you in an office. I declined, after getting all misinformation and wasting my whole lunch break I just left. Even the representative who messed up my account, said oh it will be an hour, I'm opening up an account ?..no regard for customers time, or non apologetic for the mistakes THEY made and only can say we're trying to help. I would've gave zero stars but they wouldn't let me . Please get people there that have knowledge of their jobs, and not just there for a paycheck.

KRISTINE G & ANTWAN are amazing!!! I've been w BOA since 2007 and I ABSOLUTELY love them. Friendly fast 10 star service!!! They definitely need a raise ASAP! THEY ARE SERVING CUSTOMER SERVICE ON A PLATTER!!

It's a bank and they do a good job here! Juan is always super helpful as well as the rest of the crew. All you people complaining about the drive thru, seriously...a quick Google search will tell you Bank of America closed all drive thrus. Why would you call out this particular branch? I assume it was a corporate decision since all Bank of America drive thrus are shut. I know it's busy and there is limited seating in the lobby and it can be busy but it's not like they are just standing around, they are all working...I am sure they would love to have more co workers to get you all in and out quicker. However, I assume like with most other places, corporate office sets the amount of people they are allowed to have working to maximize their profit. It more than like is not a decision made at this branch. So quit complaining about having to wait.. and for the love of God, if it can be done online, through the app, or at the ATM. Most of the people I wait in line behind absolutely didn't need to step foot in the bank at all. They always be the ones complaining. Good job Sumter highway! Keep it up and ignore these people just spreading their misery.

VERY disappointed in the customer service at this location. I'm on crutches and would have preferred to use the drive thru since I'm a "Valued Customer" of approximately 30 years! The easiest thing about this visit was the use of the handicap button to access the entrance. I was told to stand to wait on Mrs. Coleman (she was helping anothe customer). I was waiting (standing uncomfortably with CRUTCHES) for at least 10 minutes or more. Not one person offered me a seat, offered to help me with my transaction, nor keep me posted as to how long it would be. The guy at the desk when you walk in knew I was frustrated as I left and didn't bother to assist! I told him why Iwas leaving. Apparently he's a man of few words. Shame on you Bank of America!

I should have said this a long time ago but the other day when I went to Kimbrells it reminded me of all the bad things that has happened to me since I started receiving my disability monthly but when I first got my settlement I put most of the money in Bank of America and someone stole 11,000.00 from the account I have tried and tried to get my money back I have gotten approved for at least 10 mobile homes but every time I get ready to put the money down someone has gone behind my back and stolen the money.Its a sad world we live in some of the time with killing and stealing. I have had so much stolen identity person also got me for 2,600 on a Citi bank credit card. I can't understand why this is happening to me the person knows me better than me and is always stealing from me. This is why my doctor bills are behind because this person or Bank people stealing.

Mea is one of the sweetest tellers there and she’s been with the bank a long time, helped me at the Forest Acres location. I was sad to find out the other young lady Monique had left, she was very pleasant. I’ve seen a lot of different staff changes, and for the most part the managers were well trained and honest. However, the current manager at this branch can use more training, he is very arrogant and rude. I see others have had similar experiences with him…they walk into the bank and if he’s there, they leave… interesting. Maybe you all should take a real good look into why he’s not delivering to the needs of the clients. We already have to wait 30 minutes for a deposit.

I have to give it to Monique in the box, she was killing it!! Fantastic service from her!! Other than that, nobody was working with her. She had to work customers inside the location and in the drive thru. The business should know when to move the greeter inside to assist instead of having customers wait 30 minutes to withdrawal money. Not happy with this trip

Service Sucks. I've been with BOA when they use to be C&S. Was in the Garners Ferry Rd branch today just to ask a few questions. Walked in and had a seat in the lobby. Was sitting there for over 20min. The bank associate had finished with her customer and then (Philip, who works at the bank) tells another customer to go into the office. I brought it to Philip's attention about my 20 min wait, and his reply was: well did you check in with him first? Then he tells me that he has had people sitting in the lobby for longer than 20min. I kindly walked out before we had a miss understanding. I knew that he could care less about providing customer service.

The amount of time it takes to make a deposit or make a transaction is ridiculously too long. I waited for over 30 minutes in line to make one deposit. Please hire more people to work the drive-thru tellers.

This is the worst bank I have ever been in ...no teller at the front to help customers... when they did approach me...don't even ask what I needed....I am very happy I don't have to use this bank again ...bank of America is a very nice bank when I don't have to go into a bank
