Poor customer service to say the least.....-Called Tuesday to make an appointment for Friday afternoon. Two young children pick up the phone and says that their mom is busy? Ok can you put her on the phone? I wait.....and wait (this should of been a sign already) and finally I just hang up and called back. Marion the owner? answers the phone. And we set an appointment for her to come out to my house to measure and give me an estimate.-Friday afternoon no show and no phone call? I called Beautiful Windows and Marion answers the phone and says that she got her days mixed up and would like to reschedule for Tuesday at 2:00PM. I told her that would be fine, not a problem.-Tuesday 3:00PM comes around and no show and no phone call again. So I call Beautiful Windows back and Marion answers the phone. This time I asked her what happened again? Her reply is just priceless!Marion: Sorry Mr. but I know you have called two other blind&shutter companies for estimates and that is not what I do.Me: What do you mean that is not what you do?Marion: I am a mother and work from home and I can promise you that my prices are the lowest because I buy from a wholesaler in town.Me: ok? Well if you know that your prices are the best then you will get my business. But I need an estimate first and cant just blindly says yes to your "unkown quote" for shutters in my home. (Also I am thinking what does being a mother have anyting to do with this?)Marion: I am sorry Mr. but you already have two other companies at your home. I am cheapest price you will find (I still never got a price) and this is not really the way I do business. When people call me they know I am the best in price and service. So when people call me that means they are ready for me to install.Me: If this is not the way you do business then why did you make two seperate appointments with me just to stand me up and waste my time?! I wish you would of told me this up front. Nevermind and thanks anyways I will find someone else.Marion: Mr. you seem very nice and I want to help you out. IF you want please bring me your best estimate and I will match that price or get a better one, I promise. I can buy wholesale and have someone install them for less. "These companies" have a 200% markup and I do not. So when you are ready just give me a call and bring me the estimate.Me: I told her no thank you. I would hate to bother her any more than I already have. And since she has already wasted two PTO days from my work. She insisted again for me to bring her an estimate from another company. I told her thanks but no thanks. So far the whole experience with Beautiful Windows was terrible at best and I would like to end it now.Marion: ok, thank you for calling Beautiful Windows :)Geezzz I promise you that I only expect what is considered normal customer services. Do not lie to me or steal. Other than that it is very simple. You are selling a product and so long the product matches your exact description then everything will be fine.Oh and by the way if you haven't stopped reading my review already......go somewhere else, please! Do yourself the favor, you deserve better.Alex**Update**The "owner" responds to a review from 10 years ago? And says, "We appreciate your business and hope you love your new draperies"?I did not get draperies from you and I did not do business from you....did you not read the review?

I’m happy to use beautiful window fabric & curtains . It was so easy to shop online with them from all the way to the UK. I purchase my items and it delivered within a week at my home address. A big thumbs up definitely will be order again

Great service and great prices. We had shades installed in our living room and beautiful drapes in the bedroom. My wife was thrilled with how everything turned out. Incredibly friendly people and they worked with us throughout the process to provide us with so many options. Everything was made just for us and we had some really difficult window sizes for them to work with. Don't even think about using one of the big box stores-you'll save money and be much happier if you choose Beautiful Windows.

I hired Marion’s company to do some cushions for my sunroom. I had chosen and purchased my fabric and dropped everything off to her. When I was contacted in a timely manner and told that my cushions were ready for pick up, I excitedly went to her office! I can say I was so pleased and thrilled with the work that was done to cover the original cushions, and they are STILL beautiful several years later. I went back and bought more fabric to make two more cushions and some valences for my sunroom. Marion herself is so sweet and accommodating! From the business done for me, we developed a friendship. She’s one of the nicest, most beautiful person I know. I’ve gone to her with emergency hemming of a dress and she stopped what she was doing and did the job! She will always be my go-to for all things regarding any sewing!
