to the LP employee who blatantly followed my mom and i around the store after we left the only fitting room open (that was filthy and filled with clothes and empty hangers all over the floor and chair) on the phone saying “i don’t know they just keep walking around” and described my moms clothing and then continued to walk past and stare that had security and another LP employee follow us to the register, where we paid for our item, and out the door into the parking lot and then spoke with another security guard who proceeded to drive around our car multiple times. i have no idea if it came down to race or she had nothing better to do than harass customers but i will be telling everyone i know about this deplorable behavior and experience. we are absolutely disgusted and will never shop here again.

Had to return shoes I bought online that did not fit. It was a very easy process. My salesman was very kind and made the process seamless.

Horrible service. I have been a Belk customer and card holder for many years and have never been followed in a Belk store (not knowingly) until last night (July 19, 2023). My 16 year-old daughter brought it to my attention we were being followed. So, after several intentional movements to make sure I asked the salesperson “Why are you following us” and “Do you think we are going to steal something”. In her shock she did not have time to conjure a response but she kept following us!! I finally said to my girls “that’s enough” let’s pay for these items so we can leave. But I couldn’t let it go so I asked to speak to the manager. After waiting 30 minutes the manager finally appeared and I realized she was the one that told her to do it SMH!! I was not nice, she got loud and so did I. Not ashamed of it either. Apparently, according to another salesperson that was at work that night it is common practice in Belk @ Columbiana Mall to follow “certain” customers. Well, ?!! It’s not cool, very unprofessional, and could be perceived as being motivated by your own discriminatory biases. POV: STOP FOLLOWING PEOPLE!!! Because you will be confronted!!!?

My wife went shopping at the charity event May 6th on Forest Drive. She bought Clinique, Aromatics body wash and wanted the body lotion. THEY HAD NO LOTION. Drove to Sandhills later that night. THEY HAD NO LOTION. Called Columbiana this morning. THEY HAD NO LOTION. The sale advertises 20% off this weekend and $5.00 off if you buy a $5.00 ticket for charity. If we spent $50.00, which she would have done by purchasing two items, she would have received the gift with purchase. WELL, she didn’t receive that either. You can’t sell products that you don’t stock and you should advertise products that you don’t have. BAD BUSINESS

My fiancé and I had the best experience today. I didn’t catch the associates name that checked us out but she was able to turn our whole shopping experience around.There will always be hourly employees that do their duty, BUT every so often a company has the BLESSING of having an employee that goes above and beyond and protects and represents their brand to EXTREME professionalisms and this team member without a doubt earned your company years of my future hard earned dollars. Her personality and knowledge were off the charts. Her associate # on the receipt was 045470.

I can't say enough flattering and complimentary things about this store. I had made the mistake of going to the JC Penneys in the same mall and that's a whole "nother review so I headed to Belks. Lots of variety and selection, very nice personable and social people to answer my questions without making me feel as if I were a nuisance and I ended up buying more than I should have. Would recommend this store to anyone looking for good prices on women's clothes etc. Well done Belk's, I will definitely be back. Added note there was a long line and a sales associate actually took me to another register to check out more quickly. Very positive experience.

This store is SO much more stocked than the Camden store! More shoes, clothing, nicer designer purses. Did I mention clothing? Much more options in clothing, more size options as well! Plus, jewelry!! Nice jewelry not the cheap items!

The kindness and time that lovely Katherine gave me was amazing. She is warm and personable. I have 66 yr old skin, but she never once made me feel that I wasn’t worthy of attention due to my older skin. I left feeling like a queen. Additionally, the store is beautifully done where you don’t feel overwhelmed. It was a wonderful shopping experience! I will definitely return to that make up counter to see Katherine in the future.
