Books-A-Million on Forum Drive is a great place to find a wide variety of books, toys, and games. The store is clean and well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I especially like the selection of business books, which is always up-to-date with the latest industry knowledge. The store also has a large selection of mark downs, which is great for finding deals on older titles.I would definitely recommend Books-A-Million on Forum Drive to anyone looking for a good bookstore in Columbia.

Employees are very nice and it's also an easy place to get in and out of. Was looking for a certain book and found it there. However the price was higher than Target or Walmart. I still bought it out of convenience.

I brought my 8 year old daughter here for the first time and she was through the moon with excitement. This location is well stocked and organized. We will be back soon as we are building up her little at home library.

It's a standard bookstore, can't say the shelves are stocked with the latest and greatest but there is enough there if you're looking for something.Located in a major shopping plaza, there's plenty of parking.Staff are helpful and if you're looking for the odd occasional item or anime or various knick knacks you might find them here.

This was my first time inside this location even though it is closer to me. I have always went to the other location off Forest Dr. I made a book purchase online and it was available here so I came to pick it up. I walked in and stood in line and then someone called me up to get assistance. I told them I had a pickup and then I was directed to another area. They asked for my name and I picked up my book. I will more than likely be back to take a look around. I saw that they have a cafe inside. Seems like a really cool location.

So, this is a decent bookstore, and actually still exists as a brick and mortar establishment, so there's that. I do have to challenge their million book claim. Consider this: from my cursory research, the average book thickness is 8.3 cm in a library. That's 3.6 inches, which seems thick for a bookstore, so let's cut that in half - call it 1.9 inches. If they truly have 1,000,000 books, that's 1,900,000 inches of shelf space they would have to have. Rounding down, that's 183,000 linear shelf feet. That's a full thirty miles of shelf space. This is a big store, but they don't have thirty miles of shelves. If you can get over that, by all means, visit.

A dying breed, the bookstore. This one is just as pleasant as Barnes, if not a bit smaller. Lots of young adult and kid stuff too. Manga fans should also love it here. Coffee shop in house, of course. Nice place to spend a spare hour or two.
