Do not purchase from this STORE. I transferred 2 lines and got 2 iPhones XR for a decent price. After 3 months you get a 200 gift card. Sounds Great Right? WRONG. These phones are trash. Had them 8 days and they already are changing colors and blacking out. Two days couldn’t even turn the phone on. You only have 7 days to exchange them. They tell you one price over the phone, once you merge your number they give you a totally different price. How ironic. Switching back to my original company ASAP. Do not waste your time or money!

Came to purchase a phone! The door was locked 20 minutes early according to the sign on the door !!! I’ll will definitely purchase a phone elsewhere!!

Very knowledgeable, gave reasonably priced recommendations. When she saw how my husband was sticking to a budget.Great conversation as well.If your looking for a good "Boost Mobile" store to purchase from and just feel comfortable and confident about your purchase this is the place. I'm not sure of the lady's name but she works here currently and is so helpful and polite.

Worried about switching out new sim card from the old one. Then setting it up. I shouldn't have worried. A knowledgable and kind staff member Ashton did it in a minute. Thank you Ashton.. owner give her raise. Shes a hardworking mom.

I have iPhone 7 they no longer make them now unfortunately my iPhone 7 is mess up I want to up grade my iPhone to xr iPhone unfortunately it cost too much to purchase can a customer get a break or discount to serve better customer assistance

This was not a good experience. It’s only good if you buying a phone, it also depends on who is in here. This particular you g lady cut me off before I could finish what I was saying. I ordered a phone online, the money was taken (400.00) but the order status said cancelled but the money was not returned. Came in to see what a local store could find out and as usual, nobody knows anything and you are given the “these are private owned stores” excuse. Guess I’ll be going back to T-Mobile. Never had an issue with them that they couldn’t fix. It’s been 3 days and I still don’t have my money back. Smh
