About Broad River Shopping Center
Broad River Shopping Center hosts a variety of businesses, including Food Lion, a hair supply store, and a Chinese restaurant. Customers appreciate the friendly morning shift cashiers and note that the store has improved in food stock. However, the shopping center faces some challenges. Food Lion often has long lines during busy hours, with not enough cashiers to handle the crowds. The area around the shopping center can be dirty, and some customers feel uncomfortable due to homeless individuals and panhandlers early in the morning. Additionally, issues like insufficient checkout lanes, outside buggies, and out-of-stock products are common. Staff behavior is sometimes perceived as unfriendly, with lack of eye contact and limited greeting, which affects the shopping experience.
