The worst Burger King ever! And this is why a lot of businesses fail. The attitude and how slow y’all are is sickening. Hire more people or just shut down. Why does it takes 30 minutes in line to order ONE thing and then another 30 minutes to get your food. Hands down the worst fast food. Don’t waste your time.

I have never seen a burger king with all 1 Stars. I went inside to be able to sit and enjoy a meal with my daughter. The manager came up to the counter to take my order then asked was I paying with card or cash. I replied, I'm playing with cash. She told me ' with the kiosk being broke you would have to get in your car and go on drive through so we can take your order. This was the second time coming into this establishment with the equipment being broken and the crew members not been able to serve customers properly. I don't blame the crew members of blame the owner not being able to have adequate equipment so the crew can do their jobs. I've been in quick fast restaurants for twenty years and this is horrible. To whoever owns this location, it's a great location if you would take care of it.

I gave this location 1star due to its drive thru. It took about 10 minutes before I was acknowledged at the drive-thru speaker box. When once I ordered, I pulled around to the window. Paid for my food and was asked to pull forward. Once I did, I realized that the car behind me wouldn't be able to go around me when they got their food. I figured they would have my food out before they get theirs. WRONG. They blew their horn at me and were visibly getting upset. Then, an employee looked out of the drive-thru window and put her hands up like it was my fault. Just be aware that once you are asked to pull forward, there's noway for the person behind you to go around. NO BUENO!!!

Terrible! As usual! Waited 15 minutes in drive-thru despite being the only car in line. Food was room temperature. Order was wrong. Asked for no onions, add cheese. There were onions and no cheese.

This has to be the slowest burger king by far. I put in a mobile get there I am the only car in the drive thru I still get asked to pull up and have to wait damn near twenty minutes for one sandwhich I don’t know if it the workers or the management but something needs to be done there is no need to wait in the drive thru for twenty minute for fast fun and you be the first car and food still not hot.

They are clearly short staffed. They were doing the best they could with the staff they had. I waited about 15 minutes for some onion rings and cheese sticks. I see as though at lease I knew my food was hot.

A quick stop for a sandwich. The Impossible Burger! This is a very good sandwich. The price is the impossible part. Ay! Caray, muy caro! The ordering process is easy via the lobby kiosk once you are there. Check your order for mistakes. The first attempt at placing an order was to use the drive-thru. It wasn't working and there was no message or instructions to inform customers. Lots of water on the floor near the beverage machine. The employees were not the least bit concerned about the customers in the lobby or those left guessing about the drive-thru functionality. The employees had a very sad and dragging demeanor as though their dog died. Upside down smiles, melting facial makeup; Como una mapacha!Parking: Plenty of parking. Petrol station and other businesses share this parking lot.Kid-friendliness: The lobby is small.

Went to drive thru. Only 3 cars in the lane! I got an x-ray just before quicker than I got my food.Don’t need drive thru if you take one at a time. Order was wrong after waiting, a simple whopper!!Food here seems to shrink with every visit. Coke was about the size of a complimentary water. FF didn’t even fill the tiny box and the patty looks more like a pancake. AWFUL! CLOSE THIS LOCATION! Taste of the food is good still. Burger King as a headquarters takes half this criticism- from my seat they are clearly on a downward spiral.

Waited over 20 minutes on ONE burger and then the girl had to gone out to the cars behind me and give them their food and walk to my car and ask what I had again. I pulled up and told her I needed a refund and she came out and threw the bag with the burger in it at me and said I don't care if you want the refund I'm already having a bad day. Just close the rest of these down already!! You can't provide quality product or customer service any ANY location here in SC!! The bathroom in this store is a biohazard, no tissue, feces on the floor and walls. Y'all should be ashamed to even keep this location open
